I use Priceline.com and bid for my hotel. Go to www.priceline.com
Click on hotels and enter Casper, WY and the dates you will be staying. After you hit enter it brings up a list of hotels and the prices that priceline charges for that particular hotel. You can get a hotel from that page or follow me and click on the orange box that says: “Name Your Own Price”. From here start with Step 1 by clicking on Casper, then go to step 2 and choose either a 1 star or 2 star hotel. If you click on a 2-star hotel in step 3 you will see that they say the medium price for a 2-star hotel is $107. I know that you can bid at least $30 lower and get it. If you go lower and don’t win that price, Priceline will ask you to change either to Evansville or to a 1-star hotel. You have to change one of those things in order to re-bid. After you place your bid then you finish filling out credit card info and hit enter and they will negotiate your rate. Your card is not charged until you win your bid. The site will show a screen telling you they are negotiating. Next, you will either win your bid or they will tell you that you did not win and need to go back to the part where you change to Evansville or a 1-star hotel.
I have been using Priceline.com for the last 8 years and travel out of state at least 15 -20 times per year where I need a hotel. Many times I will bid a 2-star hotel and they bump me up to a 3-star. (Not that Casper has any 3-stars listed).
Move-Out:
Please do not start to pack up your booth contents until the show closes on Sunday at 5:00 p.m.

Thank you, and let’s have a great fair!
