I/We understand what the regulations are for the registration of this Metaphysical Fair. Alternative Changes Productions reserves the right to cancel any booth that is not in the best interest of the fair. In the event that a vendor/reader breaches the terms of this agreement, Alternative Changes Productions may terminate the contract without entitlement of a refund.

We ask that each participant distribute as many  Metaphysical Fair fliers as possible and promote him/herself prior to the Fair. By acceptance of this agreement, the exhibitor expressly releases Alternative Changes Productions from any and all liability for damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods, which may arise from the rental and occupation of the exhibit space. Alternative Changes Productions reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company and/or service in the exhibit area. Exhibitors are financially responsible for any damage caused to the Event location.

I/We agree to only do or sell what I/We have listed on the above listing. I/we will not hold Alternative Changes or any Officer of this association legally responsible for any loss, theft or injury.

Payment rendered indicates agreement with above terms.
