New Mexico Tax Identification Number & City of Santa Fe Special Event License

 

  1. Download and process an application for a New Mexico Tax Identification number
    To be an exhibitor at the Santa Fe Fair, you must download this application for a New Mexico Tax Identification number (CRS I.D.#)  and fill it out, and have it processed as soon as possible.  Alternatively, you can go to the Tax and Revenue Department in Santa Fe to get your number immediately.  The address is:  1100 S. Saint Francis Dr. # 3011.  Phone:  505-827-0700.


  2. Download and fill out a City of Santa Fe special event license application
    In addition, you will need to fill out a City of Santa Fe special event license application.
    You will need your CRS I.D. # to put on that application.  Click Here to download a special event license application.


  3. Send me the Special Event License Application for Processing 3 days prior to the event.
    The City of Santa Fe has stated that you (the vendor) cannot get your special event license until I have mine.  Therefore, send me your application so I can get it processed on Friday when I do the event license.  You can send it by either: 

    1.  Scan & e-mail me your special event license application ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )
    2.  Fax your special event license application to me at Office Max - 303-920-2948 with a cover sheet with my name on it - Judy Lekic - and then email me telling me to pick up the application.
